Shaanxi Normal University (SNU), founded in 1944, is one of the 6 normal universities directly affiliated to the State Educational Ministry. I chose this university mostly as a result of a recommendation from a friend of mine whose had experience studying at the university so after doing my own research i fell in love with the school and also its location. However i was mostly swayed by the university`s curriculum on the Chines language which is tailor made for beginners and is also well structured.
